Satisfaction Promise
Cash Flow Network® LLC has
created this customer satisfaction statement to
demonstrate our firm commitment to customer service and
appreciation for your business.
Most of
our products and services involve use of intellectual
capital or an "approve before proceed" work agreement.
Usually, we cannot resell what we have produced
specifically for a client; thus, the following
satisfaction guarantee applies:
1.
Products and services we directly provide.

For items which we perform the work from information
you approve and provide before we start the work (eg.,
studies, analyses, etc.), we
can only
offer a company credit less a 50% earnest effort fee
if you are dissatisfied and notify us within 1 week
of the service you are concerned about. Please
review the note below.
Note:
There is no money back guarantee on our course
development and training packages. Our course
development costs consists of a "getting-it-right"
session with the owner to ensure you are always
satisfied with the direction we are taking to meet your
needs. It is during these updates or anytime in
the process that you must alert us if you forsee
problems.
Once
work has begun, cancellations will result in a minimum
of a 50% earnest fee.
2. All dissatisfaction requests, allowed in the
above paragraph, must be received in writing
and within 14 days of the charges. No exceptions.
E-mail and fax notifications are acceptable; however,
must be received within the 14-day period. Since we
have no way of validating who is making the request,
telephone requests will not constitute
initiation or acceptance of any dissatisfaction action.
3. We do not offer a guarantee on those products and
services provided via links from our site. However, we
only deal with professional companies offering solid
products and services so the risks should be minimal if
any
to you. However, you should do your own research to be
sure who the person or company is before we initiate a
purchase. We research each partnership we form.
4. We would appreciate our customers, where
possible, use the performance measurement tools your
contracting officers have in place to ensure we are
meeting your expectations or are notified formally when
we don't. Such actions will help both parties
deliver.
5.
To prevent problems or confusion, we request you ask us
if there is any doubt about this customer satisfaction
promise.
