Proposal Cost Analysis Workshop |
|
 |
|
This workshop is a follow-on to the
Introduction to
Cost Analysis Seminar.
In five (5) hands-on,
interactive and frustrating days (to some), at your site, we walk you through
your proposal from your vendor and start with
ensuring it compares to your Statement of Work
(SOW). We help ensure you have what you need to
make a fair and reasonable assessment of the
provided cost.
Next, we help you develop
Requests for Information to get additional
clarification from your vendor or business
associates/departments. While we wait
for the answers, we get you started on the
hands-on analysis of the costs provided in
response to your SOW or RFP.
To ensure you get your
money's worth, this is an intense workshop.
Participants must be familiar with MS Excel®,
have access to computers in the classroom and be
willing to work in teams to solve "your"
proposal analysis challenges.
Most organizations leave
a lot of money on the table because they accept
proposals for products or services at face-value
without detailed analysis.
We show your
organization how to get to the bottom of your
numbers in short-order, develop questions to
shortfalls, develop worksheets which support
your positions and leave you with pertinent
samples.
Note 1: We
can also perform proposal analysis for you;
however, we want to give you more continuous
value by teaching your organization how it's
done.
Note 2: If
you opt for us to do the work,
